Rispetto’s founder, Viviane Vicente, addressed an audience of highly qualified security professionals at the OSAC – Latin America Regional Council Conference at Florida International University in Miami. She spoke on topics such as Leadership, Civility and Executive Presence.

UNITE FOR SIGHT CERTIFICATE

Viviane Vicente, founder of Rispetto Consulting, recently earned a certificate in Cultural Competency from Unite for Sight, a global nonprofit organization which has provided eye care to more than 2.7 million people in North America, Africa and Asia. The certificate coursework explores the challenges of adjusting to multicultural environments; volunteers working in international settings; culture shock; ethnocentrism; ethics and professionalism, among other topics.
